Cutie Redford Needs a Lot of TLC

Say hello to Redford!  Redford is unfortunately living day in and day out in cement dog run at a rural VA shelter.  His future is looking pretty bleak because on top of being homeless, he's also heartworm positive.  Redford is certainly not feeling his best and without some TLC from a foster or new family, his health could possible decline even more.  The shelter knows he is a special boy though and has very graciously offered to treat his heartworms.  However, they have virtually no adoptions so even though he will be getting medical treatment, Redford is no closer to finding his forever family.  That is where Homeward Trails comes in!  We so badly want to bring him up the the DC area where he can continue his heartworm treatment, get future medical care he needs including getting fixed and then go on to be a happy healthy pup!  Please sponsor Redford's rescue today!
