Abandoned with a Heart Murmur

Lady was found, abandoned in rural VA.   She was found with a collar and despite repeated efforts, her owners never came forward.  She is a senior gal at 8-9 years old and on top of that, has a reported heart murmur.  How a sweet and caring girl like this could be abandoned in the wilderness to care for herself, we'll never know.  We are SO grateful that Lady was found but cannot imagine this girl living out the rest of her life in a rural shelter with such a slim chance at adoption.  Please help us rescue this regal girl and find her the forever home she deserves to live out her golden years!
