Mia is a two-year-old Chi mix who was living in a crowded situation. The animal control officer in her part of southern Virginia asked her owners to give her up because they had too many dogs. Mia simply hasn't gotten the love and care she needs. We know she deserves better, and we're sure we can find it for her. We just need to get her here.
