Pluto is just a puppy

We don't know how Pluto, at only four months old, ended up living on the streets of southern Virginia. But this guy is lucky to be safe in the shelter, given how dangerous it can be for dogs to survive outside, especially in winter. Still, the shelter is no place to grow up, and Pluto deserves a loving home. We're ready to find him one -- all we need is the funding to transport and vet him!
