Rascal is Ready to Be Rescued

Rascal is a precious 2 year old Chihuahua mix who was surrendered by the only owner he has ever known. Rascal has no idea why his owner decided to no longer keep him, but he now spends his days and nights at a rural West Virginia shelter. Sadly, Rascal continues to get overlooked by potential adopters and the weeks are turning into months and not a single person has been interested in saving poor Rascal. This sweetheart deserves so much more than to be one of the forgotten homeless dogs. Homeward Trails knows this cutie will make someone so happy, but until they can raise enough funds to get him out of the shelter, Rascal has to remain behind bars.
