Poor Ivy! This pretty year old mixed breed pup was once part of a family that she thought she'd be with forever. Sadly though, what Ivy thought was a fun car ride one day ended up in a trip to a rural VA shelter. Ivy's owners decided that after a year of her being part of their family, that they did not have enough time for her and surrendered her. Ivy went from playing all day and enjoying the comforts of a home to days spent in a metal cage, just hoping someone comes to rescue her from her new life of solitude.
