Handsome Rex is tired of living in a rural Virginia shelter. Life in the shelter is really getting to him - the strong smells, loud noises and barking, and the uncertainty. This loving 2 year old lab mix doesn't deserve to grow old in a shelter. We don't know what his life was like prior to coming to the shelter, but we do know that we can help it get better. Homeward Trails is ready to welcome Rex with open arms but first his rescue has to be sponsored. Donations go directly to the transportation and veterinary care for Rex.
