Rex is an 18-month-old,dark brown and white Shar Pei mix. He was surrendered to a southern Virginia shelter due to no fault of his own - and has been uprooted from the only home and family he’s ever known. Despite all of this, he is very friendly and ready to give lots of love to his new family!
