- No victim has to choose their privacy and accessing justice because the court has decided the hearing will be livestreamed on Youtube ;
- No victim finds out after-the-fact that their offender has been released;
- No victim is denied their right to be present at a proceeding because a court is not respecting social distancing; and
- All victims are ensured that their rights will be upheld, and their safety considered even in the midst of COVID-19.
