Rocket Is Ready For Someone To Save Him

Two year old heeler mix Rocket is pretty nervous. He was suddenly surrendered by his owner who could no longer care for him. He now spends his life behind bars at a rural VA shelter. Rocket has had no prospective adopters and spends his days staring out of his cage door, just hoping someone will stop by to show him some affection. However, other than the shelter staff, Rocket continues to get overlooked day after day. It is so sad to think that Rocket went from an owner that he loved to the scary solitude of being homeless.
