Roxy is a beautiful tri-color (black, brown, and white) Corgi that was surrendered due to no fault of her own – her previous owners recently had a baby, and they felt they were unable to handle her constantly wanting to play with the baby. In typical Corgi fashion, Roxy is playful, energetic, and happy, and just wants someone to play with and love her! After three years, Roxy has now found herself away from the only home and family she’s ever known and in a rural Virginia shelter. As these typically have low resources, low foot traffic, and higher euthanasia rates, Roxy is currently at higher risk, especially as a herding breed.
