ROAD TO WORLD DEAF ATHLETICS CHAMPIONSHIPS
The USA Deaf Track and Field (USADTF) organization is very excited to announce that we will take part in the prestigious 2024 World Deaf Athletics Championships, which now includes an exciting addition of the Deaf Youth World Athletics Championships, in Taipei on July 12-24, 2024.
We are anticipating an elite team of 30 - 40 athletes from all over the US to come together to compete against top athletes from across the globe.
USADTF is seeking financial support for its national team. Unlike our counterparts (US hearing track & field organizations), we do not receive financial support from our government or big sponsors that the US Olympic & Paralympic Committees enjoy. We depend on donations from individuals and organizations for funding.
Going into the 11th Deaflympics journey, Rohan will coach Women's and Men's sprints athletes in 100M, 200M, and Mid-Sprint (400M) events. Come on and support Rohan Smith and his team!
Each coach will need to raise funds to cover expenses such as apparel, hotel and meals, fees, insurance, per diem, and supplies, airfare from their hometown and so forth. They need help with fundraising. What YOU can do is DONATE! Dig deep in your pocket and support Coach Rohan and his team.
Your generous donation will allow an opportunity to focus on preparing to compete with top-notch international athletes. Again, by donating, you are making the journey for Rohan's sprint athletes a reality. They CANNOT do it WITHOUT YOUR HELP! Donate and support him and his team.
GOOD NEWS! Because USADTF is a 501(c)3 organization, your contribution can be used as a tax write-off.
