Roo is So Excited for his Second Chance at Life!

Living day in and day out in a cement run at a dog shelter can really get to most dogs.  They crave human interaction and love!  Roo is no different - a happy boy that is stuck at a shelter and so confused.  Luckily for Roo, he has a great outlook on life and hasn't let his current living situation get him down.  He loves people and other dogs and knows that with the right help, he'll be able to get out of "jail" and into a loving new home.  Homeward Trails would love to get him off on the right paw and get him to the DC area, but we need your help.  Please donate to Roo's rescue.  We don't want his happy, hopeful smile to turn upside down.
