Little Roscoe is all heart. And it's probably that heart that's kept him alive so far. He's been living off the land, fending for himself as a stray. That's hard work as he didn't know where his next meal was coming from and if he was safe. Now he's at a shelter, which while he's got a roof over his head, doesn't mean he's completely safe. Shelters fill up and dogs are overlooked. Let's get Roscoe out where we can give him an easier, more comfortable life with Homeward Trails!
