Rose Adams - Stark Naked

My fitness journey began when I joined Stark in September 2020. I didn’t think I was going to last more than a couple of months, but surprisingly, I found that I really enjoyed the process. All of it. I decided to see what I could do when held accountable. The Stark Naked challenge seemed like the perfect opportunity to see how I can transform my body and mind.  

I am the founder of Walls that Unite, a non-profit that supports education, community building and development initiatives in low-income areas in Mexico. The organization’s largest project so far is the (almost completed) construction of a state-of-the-art soccer field and playground that will provide kids a safe area to play and exercise, a place for families to spend quality time and for the community and neighboring areas, a meeting place to gather and strengthen relationships.  

My goal is to raise $10k to continue supporting Walls that Unite’s community efforts, such as renovating play areas in elementary schools and organizing medical clinics in rural towns.
