Rosie, a beautiful 3-year-old chocolate lab, was surrendered by her owner to a shelter in southern Virginia. Rosie is scared and confused to be in a busy shelter and would be much happier to be living in a home again. If we can get her to northern Virginia, we are sure we can find her a family and she can feel safe and loved again. Can you help us get Rosie out of the shelter?
