Poor little Rusty has had a very rough beginning to his life. He is only a year old and has already experienced extreme neglect. He and 23 other dogs were seized from a hoarding case where they received no medical care, no affection and often no regular food and water.
Rusty is a 20-lb Feist mix with a lot of love to give. Though he has lived through unimaginable horrors, he is still extremely sweet. We want to show Rusty how wonderful life can be and get him all the vet care he needs. Your support allows us to help dogs like Rusty experience love for the first time.
