Ryder is a teeny, 1-year-old Yorkie who was surrendered by his owner due to no fault of his own. This grey, black, and tan little ball of fur is currently in a West Virginia shelter - which most likely has limited resources, limited supplies, and low foot traffic. All he has ever known is a home - and now he is most likely scared, confused, and anxious.
