Adorable Sam Needs Our Help

Sam is an absolutely adorable, tan and white Chihuahua / Dachshund mix that was surrendered by her owner seemingly due to no fault of her own. After 2 years with a family and home, she now finds herself at one of our partner shelters in West Virginia, which often have lower resources, lower foot traffic, and higher euthanasia rates – putting Sam at high risk.
