It's a family legacy. My Mom and Dad were friends with Harold & Kay Kutler who founded Brother Benno's. My Dad served on the Board of Directors for the Foundation until his death in 2019. I was fortunate to be asked to volunteer for the Board of Directors. I was later elected President of the Board. Now I am an employee of the Foundation recruiting and managing volunteers.
What do I love about Brother Benno's? The people I meet here are some of the kindest, bighearted, and giving people I know. Our Guests (the people we serve) are humans who need love, compassion, empathy and hugs.
