Banana was the only dog left behind

Banana needs out of Puerto Rico now!  Banana is an 8 year old boy desperately looking for a new home after his owners have died.  Unfortunately, while the owners family was able to take in Banana's two siblings, they have no place for poor Banana.  So now, this sweet boy has lost not only his human family but his canine siblings as well.  At 8 years old, Banana still has loads of love to give, but his temporary family cannot find a new home for him in Puerto Rico and is desperate to send him to Virginia where we know many families would be enamored with this boy who is wonderful with dogs, cats and children.  We have been lucky to receive word from an HT volunteer who is in Puerto Rico now and willing to carry Banana back to VA with her THIS WEDNESDAY.  But, we need your help to cover the cost of Banana's flight, the dental he is in desperate need of, and his general vetting and care to get him prepared for adoption.  Banana has lost everything he has known, but with the help of fosters in Puerto Rico, flight volunteers and YOU we can get Banana on his way to a forever home in Virginia this week!
