Spencer is Ready for a New Life!

Spencer was found as a stray in rural West Virginia and brought to the local shelter.  Unfortunately, this was not the first time and those in the area were familiar with Spencer and his lifestyle.  Because Spencer was allowed to roam, he often left his property and was very lucky to not be injured or killed in the process.  Spencer has been waiting for his owners to reclaim him for more than 10 days and yet, they never have.  Spencer doesn't understand why he's been left behind but we KNOW we can find him a safe and loving home here in NoVa.  Please, help us get Spencer out of his rural shelter TOMORROW and get him to HT!
