Xiao Shu (Small Tree, in Chinese), is lucky to be 9 months old. She and her littermate, Da Shu (Big Tree, in Chinese), were rescued by locals from dog traders at an abandoned construction site, along with their mom and other siblings. Locals rescued the mom and her pups as the dog traders pursued them for slaughter at the meat packing houses. Xiao Shu is a very happy girl and well-socialized. She is currently at the "812 Rescue Center" in Beijing where some 300 rescued dogs call home; yet she yearns for a family who will love her! Please help us bring Xiao Shu to D.C. and give her the loving home she deserves.
