Charles is a 7-month-old collie mix found as a stray in southern Virginia. He's now in the shelter and no longer at risk from cars and predators, but the shelter is no place for a pup to stay long-term. Charles will thrive if we can get him to Northern Virginia, where he can find a forever family. All we need is the funding to vet and transport him. Can you help this guy?
