Chirp is only 8 months old, but has been through a lot. This beagle was brought to a shelter in West Virginia by his owner. We don't know exactly why he couldn't stay in his home, but we know how stressful it is to suddenly arrive in a crowded shelter. Chirp is used to a home, and we want to find him one where he can feel safe again. Can you chip in so we can rescue Chirp and find him a fresh start?
