Scared but Sweet, Cookie Needs Some Love

Cookie is the sweetest! This year old Jack Russell mix was found wandering the streets in rural VA. Poor Cookie has led a bit of a hard life and is thankful she was found and brought into a shelter. Sadly, Cookie needs some TLC after being homeless. She is likely infested with worms and fleas. The shelter gives her regular meals and a safe place to sleep, but she has to spend her days in a cold metal cage.
