Adorable Kay is a 2 year old beagle mix who has sadly ended up alone at a rural West Virginia shelter. This precious girl was surrendered by her owner who could no longer care for her or her brother. Kay wasn't too worried when she had her brother to lean on, but he has since been rescued and Kay was left behind. Our hearts are breaking for this sweet girl.
