Louie is an adorable 1 year old Lab/Feist mix with the cutest smile! This adorable boy is cute as can be, and is coming out of his shell again after some difficult circumstances. Louie was living with his owner in WVa and thought that life was normal and great until one day he found himself at the shelter. His owner left and never came back, even though Louie waited and waited. These days, Louie has finally started to hope that he will find another home, and after hearing about his story, we want to help!
