Surrendered and Heartworm Positive

Moon is a 2 yr old border collie mix who was surrendered by his owner. He is young and should have a long and happy life ahead of him but sadly is heartworm positive and will need treatment. Left untreated heartworms can be deadly so we know we need to get him medical care right away. It is vital we get him to Homeward Trails so we can get him healthy and help him find a forever home. 

All Moon wants is a happy and safe home where he is loved and lots of ear scratches and walks. But in order to get Moon to a new life we need help.
