Oliver is ready for a forever family

Oliver is an adorable 1-year-old poodle who has been loved, but hasn't had the safety and warmth of a family. This dog was a "community dog" in southern Virginia. But it's time for Oliver to have a real home and his own family. We're confident we can find him one, but need some help to cover his costs.
