Rowdy is looking for a fresh start

We don't know much about how Rowdy ended up homeless. This 2-year-old pug/feist mix was found living on the streets alone in southern Virginia. He was taken to the shelter, where he's much safer, but we know this guy would really thrive in a home with a family.
