Rowe is a 4 year old girl who was found as a stray in rural VA. Although we are thrilled that she has been found before she was hurt, she is not safe. Her rural shelter is rapidly running out of space and will soon have to make difficult decisions as they continue to be flooded with new strays and owner surrenders. Rowe is more than ready to find her forever home, she just needs YOUR help to get to HT. Please help us make sure that Rowe finally makes her way to safety this week!
