Shelby's smile is covering up how she really feels. This 3 year old lab/flat coated retriever mix was found wandering alone in southern VA. No food, water, or shelter meant times were really tough for poor Shelby. She did everything she could to survive and was thankfully brought into a rural VA shelter before anything bad happened to her. Being in the shelter is only slightly better than life as a stray. Shelby gets daily meals and a safe place to sleep, but what she really wants is a new family to love!
