Toby is Worried He Will Be Forgotten

Sweet Toby is so sad. This 5 year old beagle mix is homeless and lonely. Toby was found as a stray in rural VA.  We have no idea how long he was alone for, but once he was found and brought to a rural shelter, his life of solitude continued. Every day, Toby waits patiently at the cage door for either his old owner or a new adopter to come by and save him. Sadly, no one has stepped up to rescue poor Toby.
