Who can say no to Wiggles? This 7-month-old Chi mix was found as a stray in southern Virginia. He's much safer now in a shelter, but his soulful eyes are asking for a loving home, where he can thrive. We are on board to help Wiggles find his people, but we need your help to get him here!
