Tiny Emme is so lucky to be alive! She has spent the last 5 years of her life living in a hoarder's home. At only 8 lbs, she is so tiny and fragile. It is a miracle that she wasn't killed by a bigger dog for the very limited food she had access too. Living in a hoarding environment is scary and unstable. Emme never knew if she'd be getting another meal or if the humans would be cruel or kind to her.  After spending her life in filth, her owner made the decision to surrender all of the animals.
