Spent Her Whole Life on a Chain

Beautiful Lilly is a young 8 month old puppy who has sadly spent her entire life chained up outside. Lilly's owners provided the minimum to keep her alive, but Lilly's quality of life was deplorable. Thankfully, Lilly was surrendered by her neglectful owner when they decided they didn't want her anymore. While Lilly doesn't have a home yet, things are looking up now that she's off the chain. And we can only imagine how much better her life will be if we can bring her to Homeward Trails and find her a home where she'll get to live inside, like a member of the family.
