Neglected and Alone

This super cute 10-month-old pup is Sparkles. As adorable as she is, Sparkles has had a pretty sad life and was seized by animal control from her neglectful owner. After being taken from her home in West Virginia, she now sits in a cage at a rural shelter, hoping someone will come adopt her. Sadly, Sparkles hasn't had any interested potential adopters. This young heeler mix is missing out on critical time to grow and socialize. We know that the longer Sparkles sits in a cage, the harder it will be for her to assimilate to life outside of the shelter, so the pressure is on to get this girl out of jail quickly!
