Sweet Sue Can't Wait to Be Saved

Sue, a 4 year old feist mix, was found wandering alone as a stray in rural Virginia, where every day brought new fears and dangers. Thankfully, Sue was found and brought to a  shelter, where the staff hoped her owner would come for her, but no one ever did. Now Sue waits, overlooked and growing more despondent as potential adopters pass her by day after day. The once hopeful glimmer in her eyes is fading, and her spirit is breaking. Homeward Trails is determined to rescue Sue, but they need your help to raise the funds. Without being rescued, Sue could become one of the million forgotten shelter dogs in the US.
