Shamilsm is a 2-year-old lab mix weighing in at about 40 pounds and healthy as can be. He was an owner surrender in Puerto Rico, as tragically, his owner died of cancer and he suddenly found himself in a shelter. This loving boy is now scared and confused and desperately needs help to be transported here in order to find a new, stable home.
