Why?: Shiloh is a show stopper inside and out! She is a gorgeous, strident, feisty mother of 8 who was *the most loving mama* to her puppies, even as a young first-time mom. She had it hard at first, stuck with her babies in a rural North Carolina shelter, but when a bit of luck shined on her, she shined right back! She is the Smile Ambassador of the Vienna Metro station, beaming her charisma at all who pass, and is at home wherever she can bring a smile to someone's face.
If I Had A Super Power it Would Be: She does have a super power and it's making hearts light up wherever she goes!
