Sweet Shilo Desperately Needs Help

Shilo is an absolutely precious, black and brown brindle Mountain Cur mix that was found wandering alone as a stray in rural Virginia. This sweetie is only 9 months old, and we have no idea what she’s endured so far or what put her out in the wilderness. Rural Virginia shelters have low resources, low foot traffic, and high euthanasia rates; and they are also often crowded, making it anxiety-inducing for dogs, especially ones that are already scared, unsure of their surroundings, and not used to the noise. Shilo is at a much higher risk at the shelter in rural Virginia.
