Simon is a black and tan Shepherd mix that was found wandering the streets in rural Virginia and was taken in to a local shelter. Although we are unsure of his past, the streets nor a crowded, loud, high risk shelter is no place for a dog – especially a dog that is potentially an older adult dog (5 years or older) like Simon.
