Smokey was found wandering

Smokey is a sweet fox terrier mix found as a stray in West Virginia. It's getting very cold so Smokey is lucky to be safe and no longer living outdoors. But we don't feel optimistic he will get adopted at this shelter, which has very few adopters stopping by. We know we can find him a great home if we transport him to Northern Virginia. We just need to cover the costs.
