South Bend All For One 2020

Welcome to South Bend All For One 2020!

In keeping with the spirit of the year our holiday fundraiser will be virtual this year -- however, we will spare you the awkwardness of an invitation to a Zoom cocktail hour hosted by us in rumply formal wear with screaming children and barking dogs in the background!  Instead, we invite you to join together as a community and, in our brokenness, reach out to the community of St. Luke's in Haiti.  We are with you, friends.  This past year has been, to put it excessively mildly, rough.  Many of us are broken in body, spirit, and heart.  

As the Novel Coronavirus started to emerge, we hoped and prayed that the problems our community in Haiti suffered would spare them this virus, as they had become so isolated politically.  However, that was not to be, and the virus soon ravaged their country, straining already strained resources and the few existing infrastructure past their breaking point.  Our friends at St. Luke have been broken again in body, spirit and heart too.  

HOWEVER, as any of you who have worked with this community before know, when we are broken we heal by moving forward together.  

As 2020 begins to draw to a close, as we honor the heroes of our frontline workers at home and abroad by fighting with them until the last moments, we gather together virtually instead of in person for our holiday celebrations.  Our resources are strained right now, but what better way to move into a new year than by ending 2020 in a spirit of generosity and togetherness?

So join us this holiday season in giving to St. Luke's Foundation for Haiti!  We will have special give aways over the evening on Giving Tuesday, December 1st that we will announce over the next week.  First donation, largest donation by December 1st, most members of a family to donate, all might be in line for some secret prizes!
