The Shira Pransky Project brings successful healthcare navigation to English-speaking Israeli immigrants. Our models of healthcare advocacy and information outreach empower all populations struggling in The Israeli Healthcare System to access their rights and the care they deserve.

In the midst of a global pandemic , with backlog in the regular healthcare system, and an anticipated increase in aliyah, SPP’s healthcare navigation and advocacy work for English speaking Olim is needed now more than ever.  

Unfortunately, the current global crisis has led to major funding shortfalls, and the survival of The Shira Pransky Project is in serious jeopardy. Please support our emergency fundraiser so we can continue this vital work for our community.

$50: A page on crucial healthcare rights and information is maintained and updated

$180:  General Assistance provided post aliyah

$360: Assistance for pre-aliyah client

$500: Assistance for a cancer patient

$1000: New healthcare guide is created and maintained

$1800: A healthcare workshop is brought to a community

$2500: An entire KolZchut portal on healthcare rights is maintained for 1 year (examples: portal for children with special needs, fertility portal, cancer rights portal, etc)
