We are seeking answers through conducting participatory research, curating tailored programs and workshops, and hosting communities of practice that provide safe spaces that promote and bring forth the dreams, desires, and vision of BIPOC leaders within the social sector.

Expand Support for Leaders of Color: We released our Thriving Leaders & Communities report, which engaged 58 senior BIPOC leaders across 39 cities in the United States. Through a combination of qualitative research and lived experience, the report offers a rich understanding of the unique challenges and strengths of BIPOC leadership. The report surfaces the conditions necessary for leaders of color, their organizations, and their communities to thrive–including rest, peer-sharing spaces, and financial resources. As we look ahead to 2025, we’re excited to deepen our offerings for BIPOC leaders so that they can benefit from skill-building opportunities and intentional spaces to cultivate thriving. Increase Our Reach: With the release of our Thriving Leaders & Communities research report, we want to continue to building on this research by developing additional tools, sharing findings through conferences and webinars, and expanding our program offerings to support thriving BIPOC leadership and the communities they serve.
