SUPPORT A FOSTER PARENT IN YOUR COMMUNITY

The Collaborative Foster Care Program (CFCP) was created in August 2008 as a joint venture between Arapahoe, Douglas and Jefferson Counties to assure that foster parents have adequate training, support, and resources to promote the child’s best interest. CFCP also hosts networking gatherings for foster parents to connect with one another and appreciation events.

Donate today to help support a foster parent in your community! Your online cash donation goes directly to CFCP certified foster parents and foster children placed in their homes.

Visit Collaborativefostercare.com for more information.

Prefer to mail a check? Make it payable to Arapahoe County Foundation (ACF), put Collaborative Foster Care Program (CFCP) in the memo line, and mail to Arapahoe County Foundation Attn: Loren Kohler 4th Floor, 5334 S. Prince Street Littleton, CO 80120
