Oreo is as sweet as her namesake. She loves people and other dogs. We don't know what led to her being picked up as a stray, but she clearly wants to be where the people are. The problem is she's at a crowded rural shelter where positive outcomes are not guaranteed.
We want to guarantee she only has good days from now on, but first she needs to be sponsored to cover her vetting (she's had minimal care) and transportation.
