Young Helen's owner had no time for her

Poor sweet Helen had a home and a family but on September 4th of this year, she was put into a car for her last ride with her family. She had no idea their destination was a loud and scary shelter where her family would leave her.  There she sat in a cold kennel, scared and confused and wondering why her family just left. We were told her owners no longer had the time for her. Heartbreakingly, Helen doesn't understand this and we want to get her out of the shelter and into a new home ASAP. 

She is only a year old, already spayed, sweet as can be and gets along great with other dogs. Please help Helen get to her new home by donating and sharing her story. She is an adorable dog and we know we can find her a new home as soon as we get her to Homeward Trails. Thank you for your support!
